Questions
Anything else, write to hamzanuhusanii@gmail.com, a human replies.
- Why is the price different from what my friend abroad sees?
- Every market sits in one of six bands, set by local purchasing power rather than by the exchange rate. The price is quoted in the currency you are charged in, so nothing is converted at checkout. The picker above shows the market you are being shown, and the line under the cards names the currency and says where it is not the local one.
- What do I get during the free trial?
- The 7-Day Free Trial includes 3 documents, 100 flashcards, 60 practice questions per month and 1 summary video per month, plus the listed study tools. It is not a Pro subscription. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically at expiry.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your free trial has ended. Upgrade to Pro to continue enjoying full benefits. Study access pauses after seven days; your saved data is retained and account, billing and data export remain available.
- When exactly does my plan renew?
- Each approved monthly payment buys one calendar month, and each annual payment buys one calendar year. Dates are calculated in UTC and shorter months clamp to their last day. Your paid-access end date is shown in Settings. The plan does not renew without a new checkout.
- Does my plan renew automatically?
- No. This deployment has no renewal scheduler. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is no scheduled approval prompt or guaranteed seven-day grace period. When your paid period ends, start a new Flutterwave checkout in Settings to continue on Pro.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. Annual gives twelve months for the price of ten, saving about 16% against paying monthly. Choose monthly or annual when starting your next checkout after the current paid period ends. A running paid period is not changed in place.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, Pro is required to continue studying; account, billing and data export remain available. A paid period does not start a new trial.
- Do you train models on my documents?
- No. Your uploads are used to answer your own questions and nothing else. They are never added to a training corpus and never shared between accounts.
- Which models does LearnForge use?
- Google Gemini models today, with automatic failover between them so a single provider outage does not stop a study session. The code also supports Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI, and those become available wherever an operator configures those providers.
- Can I self-host?
- Yes. It is a standard Next.js application backed by Postgres with pgvector. The deployment guide in the repository covers running it in your own Vercel team and Supabase project.
